At a company team-building hackathon, our team of three built a cool project. We open sourced it. Within a few months, we had attracted far more attention than we anticipated. And now, 18 months in, we have hundreds of contributors and thousands of active users. Hear the war stories of a team that has been stretched to its limit as we learn how to grow.
